Under the multi-phase Tank Replacement & Upgrade programme, RUSCOL delivered scaffolding, grit blasting, coating and painting on major crude oil storage tanks (Tanks 3, 5 and 9) at the Escravos terminal, restoring asset integrity to Chevron's specification and completing each phase to schedule.
RUSCOL cleared the pipeline right of way, carried out saddle welding of leak points along Segment 5 (Km 134–154), and executed integrity leak testing on the Aba–Enugu System 2E pipeline, returning the line to safe, compliant service.
Across a multi-year programme, RUSCOL fabricated and installed deck workshops, TC-HLV catchers, waste bins and skips, and carried out anti-piracy hardening and marine repairs onboard the Teras Conquest, offshore-grade work delivered to class.
